Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Wednesday, February 3, 1999, Malcolm H. Vey of Hodges Cove, aged 87 years. Predeceased by wife Rosanna, 1998. Leaving to mourn two sons: Lester (Ivy), Goulds and Alex (Karen), South Korea; one daughter Myra (Levi Churchill), Hodges Cove; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters: Mary Ann Smith, Susie Parsons, both of St. John`s and Ethel (Cyril Thomas), Hodges Cove and a circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at St. Mary`s Anglican Church, Hodges Cove. Funeral 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 5, 1999 from St. Mary`s Anglican Church, Hodges Cove. Interment at Anglican Cemetery, Hodges Cove. No flowers by request. Donation may be made to the Hodges Cove-Caplin Cove Lions Club Hospital Bed Fund.
