  One of six children, Judy Anne was born to Robert and Hazel Vey on October 23, 1957, at Come by Chance, Newfoundland. She had three daughters: Crystol (Cyril), Jennifer (Brett), and Tammy (Michael), and two grandchildren Mason and Madison. Judy lived in Ontario with her daughters until 1989 when she moved back home to Newfoundland to raise her family. For the past few years she worked in the construction field, and recently received her national Construction Safety Officer Certificate. In addition to her children and grandchildren, she leaves with fond memories her husband Ben Baddeley, her parents Robert and Hazel Vey, and borthers: Lloyd (Linda), Austin (Regina), Roy (Dale) and Rodger, as well as a large circle of family and friends. Judy was pre-deceased by her sister Dallas Vey. Church service for Judy was held on 15 Feb 2012 Service at St Mary's Anglican Church, Clarenville. She was cremated and will be buried in Long Beach old cemetery with her sister Dallas.
