  SPURRELL, Harvey - August 21, 1939 - March 17, 2016 -Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, St. John's on March 17, 2016, Harvey Spurrell, age 76, from Gooseberry Cove. Predeceased by his parents, William and Gertrude Spurrell and wife, Christine. Harvey leaves to mourn with loving memories; his son, Everett (Corrine, Brandon and Brady) and daughter, Priscilla; brothers, Al (Verna), John (Elaine), Harold (Mary), Lloyd (Marion) and sisters, Doris, Joyce (Clarence), Florence (Max) and special nephew , Jeff (Brent and Brady) and also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Rested at the St. Albans the Martyr Anglican Church, Gooseberry Cove from where the funeral service, officiated by Rev. Jim Pollard, took place on Sunday, March 20th, 2016. Cremation followed and inurnment will take place on Thursday, March 24th at 2 pm from the Anglican Cemetery, Gooseberry Cove.
