SPURRELL, Robert - Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family at Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Monday, October 5, 2009, Robert Spurrell of Hillview, formerly of Butter Cove, aged 80 years. Predeceased by wife, Evelyn; infant daughter, Judith and grandson, Conrad. Left with fond and loving memories his wife, Marion; son, Oswald (Leonie), Hillview; daughters, June (John), Velma (Clarence) and Beverley (Doug), all of Little Hearts Ease; step-son, Terry Mullett, Vancouver, BC; step-daughter, Ruth (Gene), Cobbs Arm; sisters, Melvie and Pearl; brothers, Jonah, Stanley and Cecil; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. Rested at Fewer's Funeral Home, Little Hearts Ease. Funeral service took place on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 from Bethel United Church, Little Hearts Ease with interment at United Cemetery, Little Hearts Ease. In his memory donations may be made to Bethel United Church, Little Hearts Ease.
