  Stone, Muriel (Florence "Floss") Passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, January 4, 2000. Leaving to mourn her beloved husband of 61 years, William "Bill"; one son Ronald (Netha); three daughters: Carol, at home, Maxine (George Churchill), Grace (Jean Crane); three sisters Jean (Ches Smith), Loretta (Wesley Lambert), Ethel (Eric Smith); one sister in law Alice Hudson; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave from 7 p.m.- 10 p.m. Wednesday; 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Thursday and Friday; and 10 a.m. - 12 noon Saturday. Funeral Service from the Church of the Ascension, Mount Pearl, on Saturday, January 8, 2000 and 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road.
