Passed peacefully away at Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Saturday, February 26, 2000, Annie Millicent Spence Dean (nee Lambert) of North West Brook, aged 72 years. Predeceased by her parents Ulyses and Leticia Lambert, sisters Laura Dean and Evelyn Spurrell and brother Eli. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are husband Simeon, of 56 years; two daughters; Sandra (Everett Soper), North West Brook and Rose (Gerald Andrews), Carbonear; five sons: Eli (Marion), North West Brook, Leslie (Grace), St. John's, Melvin (Ivy), North West Brook, Terry (Susan), Kitcherner, Ontario and Robert (Angie), Clarenville; 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; three sisters; Viola Maclean, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Woodrow (Thomas Spurrell), Butter Cove and Sarah Frances, St. John's; two brothers; Robert Lambert (Gwendolyn), Southport and Maxwell Labmert (Edith), Southport and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Emmanuel United Church, North West Brook. Funeral Service 2 pm Wednesday, March 1, 2000, from Emmanuel United Church, North West Brook. Interment at United Church Cemetery, North West Brook. In her memory, flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to Emmanuel United Church Memorial fund.
