- Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Center in St. John's on Friday, May 11, 2018 Alice Jacobs of Little Heart's Ease, aged 70 years. Predeceased by her parents Ralph and Florence Peddle; sisters Pauline Bennett, Cynthia Peddle; brothers Alexander Peddle and Silas Peddle. Left with fond and loving memories her husband Cecil of 51 years; children Beverly Drover (Robert), Darryl Jacobs; one precious granddaughter Emily Drover; siblings Evelyn Dodge (Cyril), Myrtice Spurrell (Herb), Jack Peddle (Irene), Ann Newbury (Randy), Bruce Peddle (Cathy), Kevin Peddle (Dot) and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Fewer's Funeral Home, Little Heart's Ease on Sunday, May 13 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2018 at the Salvation Army Citadel, Little Heart's Ease with interment at Salvation Army Cemetery, Little Heart's Ease.
