Leaving to mourn one daughter, Elaine Belbin (Gordon); two granddaughters: Michelle Kennedy (Chris) and Wendy Belbin; as well as brother-in-law Harold Vey and wife Ivy; three sisters-in-law: Vie Hudson, Selena Lundrigan and Gertie Soper; also a number of other relatives, nieces and nephews. Funeral to take place in Victoria, B.C. July 07, 2001
