Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, February 2, 2007, Albert Pitcher of Hearts Content, age 84 years. Leaving to mourn wife Annie; son Lindo (Laurie) of Hearts Content; daughter Suzanne Pitcher of St. John's; two grandsons: Ryan and Tyler Pitcher, Hearts Content; three brothers: Cecil (Eleanor), Edgar (Jean), Hearts Content and Oliver (Shirley), St. John's; one sister Clara Porter, St. John's; brother-in-law Frank (Susie) Piercey; sisters-in-law: Shirley (Art) Ghent, Ethel Piercey. Also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cremation has already taken place. Inurnment to take place on Sunday, February 4, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. in Heyfield Memorial Cemetery, Hearts Content. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Green's Funeral Home, Winterton.
