AVERY, Chesley - Passed away suddenly at his residence in Southport on January 26, 2001 in his 79th year, Chesley Avery. Predeceased by his sister, Dorothy Tippett (1999), granddaughter Emily (2000). Left with fond and loving memories, his wife Daphne of 32 years. Two daughters, Shelly Littlejohn (Norman), Coley`s Point, Susette Peddle (Tracy), Clarenville. Two brothers, William (Myra) and Wilfred, both of Southport; and a large number of relatives and friends. Remains will be resting at Fewer`s Funeral Home, Little Heart`s Ease. Funeral 2 p.m. on Monday, January 29, 2001 from Bethany United Church, Southport, with interment at the United Church Cemetery, Southport. In his memory, memorials may be given to the Dr. G.B. Cross Hospital CAT Scan Fund.
